Saturday April 5th,
Day two of our double-header wedding weekend had us out in Del Mar at the Darlington House for the wedding of Lindsay and Greg.
Our assistant Janelle and I headed inside to work with the girls while Skip and the guys had a great time working with all of the fun architecture of the house.
Lindsay’s gown was stunning! A beautiful ivory color with delicate lace trim. She looked amazing!

The day went beautifully, despite a little bump in the plans when the minister
no –showed ;-( Fortunately, their DJ is an ordained minister and was able to step in and do a great job of getting these two married!
DJ Saves The day!

We always carry an emergency bag with us at weddings full of hair spray, bobby pins, band aids, etc. I never dreamed we might find the need to have a book of wedding vows and a certificate of ordination in there too. So now just in case…..Skip is an ordained minister, we did it online yesterday and it is perfectly legal. We can shoot your wedding, and marry you too!
We were really happy that our timing went well and we had the time to whisk Lindsay and Greg off to the beach for some fun and romantic shots by the ocean. We grabbed a plate of some yummy looking appetizers from the kitchen for them and zoomed off to the beach.
After some champagne and fun on the beach, I think we were able to get these two back in the right wedding mood

We take pictures.. we don’t read signs ;-) Oops!

Lindsay and Greg, it was an honor to be a part of your wedding day and we all wish you both the best!
